Kept on getting annoyed when I was asking about certain plumbing related issues....I asked for utility bills as part of my DD, and he answered, anyone buying a 600k house...

I am always happy to provide information about my listings, and on this phone inquiry, answered all questions re: square footage, renovations, neighborhood, and confirmed the home did not have polybutylene pipes. Upon request for utility bills, I communicated that I would send them if the home went under contract. Also confirmed that all due diligence could be conducted during the inspection period if the home went under contract, and that the seller was not offering to provide seller financing.
